The location was great if you want to be somewhere outside of the center, but still have great connection via public transport. Staff was great, breakfast absolutely fantastic, and rooms nice and clean.

We like everything g about this hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is extremely comfortable and the staff are so helpful. Nothing was any trouble to them. Breakfast is amazing and the choice at dinner is superb with something for everyone

This is by far the best hotel in UK that we stayed. Everyone is very polite, professional and knows exactly what they’re doing. Facilities are incredible, as well as surrounding areas. We are already planning to go back.
