The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

Breakfast: Excellent choice of food from the buffet with an option for a hot cooked breakfast supported by professional and friendly service. Location: The hotel was on a quite road with a wonderful view of the valley and very convenient for both Crans and Montana.

This is a beautiful hotel, cosy, warm, inviting, skillfully crafted and thoughtfully decorated, easy to feel luxurious but not over the top! They got it just right! And the staff are truly wonderful!

Highly recommended hotel with excellent location and service. With magnificent views of the open, every staff member is very welcoming, there is a shuttle to the town at any time, and there is also a transfer service. This is the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. Look forward to coming back next time it snows

Liked everything , excellent hotel, we normally stay up the road but will definitely be coming back , everything was good quality , good choice of breakfast, very nice massage /sauna, and excellent staff! The shuttle bus to the slopes is an excellent bonus up the hill to The lift . I have been coming to Verbier for over 20 years and this will now become my 1st choice of hotels .
