The property is in a beautiful location, isolated but not too hard to get to from the main road. Beautiful sea views in a tranquil area. I loved my stay here. There are trails to walk on the forest near the property and curious monkeys would show up in the morning to look at our chalet. Food in the restaurant was really good and I’ve also used the spa, which was amazing after a long flight. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and attentive. Wish I had time to stay longer and hope to come back one day. Book without thinking twice.

Hartenbos Private Game Lodge is a privately-owned escape set in the malaria-free region of Hartenbos, Mossel Bay situated on the Garden Route. An amazing setting. Wonderful tents that have all the required facilities. The bathroom in the tent is well equipped, spacious, and has high-quality towels. From the tents you can see the animals as they come and feed next to the main house.

The executive tented suites are spacious with a separate large lounge area. Each unit is elegantly decorated in colonial style with 4-poster beds and mosquito nets. WOW! Teniqua Treetops is a tented treetop resort set in the lush forest along the Garden Route between Knysna and Sedgefield. Awesome views, a great place to relax.

This tent's standout feature is the private pool. Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this tent includes a private bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and slippers. The Cloud is a truly remarkable design concept. It is a masterpiece in the way it blends in with nature. It was an amazing experience.

This tent features a hot tub. Guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a tea and coffee maker in the fully equipped kitchen. The tent also comes with a barbecue. We loved our stay, it’s private enough that you can really relax. It was clean and comfortable and would definitely come back. My only suggestion is to make sure ice trays are full before new guests check in - but it did not take away from our stay.
