Being mainly a camping (with one dorm) the atmosphere is chilled and laid back. Well organized regarding the cooking spaces and food storages.Mainly solo travelers and cozy communal spaces made very easy to meet people from the first day. Staff is friendly and accomodating. On one night Damian, the owner, also made barbecue for everybody, which I found a very nice touch

What a gem in the jungle! all the details so thoughtful and creative. a delicious dinner under the suspended candles, by the fire..and delicious breakfast atop an ancient cenote cave. we traveled with our 10 and 12 year old daughters and everyone loved it! can highly recommend!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum! Armando was incredibly helpful—he went above and beyond to assist us with renting a car, arranging transportation from the airport, and giving great recommendations for local food spots. The rest of the staff were equally polite and welcoming. The location is unbeatable—right by a beautiful, clean beach that’s perfect for long, peaceful walks. It wasn’t crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. The rooms are really unique, almost like sleeping in a capsule. Lying down and looking up at the sky through the design was such a special experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum!

Terletak di Bacalar, Hakuna Matata Glamping mempunyai WiFi percuma, dan tetamu boleh menikmati taman dan teres. Terdapat kawasan tempat duduk dan tempat makan di semua unit. Perfect! It is cute, comfortable, with a fan and plugs. Enough bathrooms for everyone so you never have to queue. It is clean, you have hot water and the staff is really nice. We went twice to Bacalar and decided to stay both times here. Only 2 from the main plaza, and 10min from where you can swim for free in the lagoon.
