The staff were friendly & attentive, all three rooms were beyond expectations. Breakfast was as expected for a buffet style included in the price and had numerous options for both Western and Chinese style. We weren't expecting the following in our room, high quality tea, coffee, bottles of water, snacks, and beverages in the refrigerator. Actual potable drinking water system available in the room and if you preferred sparkling water, it is available down the hall next to the elevators. Parking available on site, be sure to have your license plate available at check in. Numerous restaurants and stores available in the immediate area (see map in your room guest folder). Money for value without question, would definitely stay again.

The luxurious Sun Moon Lake Hotel is a 4-star property in Yuchi Township, with beautiful views of the Sun Moon Lake. We had an amazing time at Sun Moon Lake Hotel, thanks to the excellent rooms with private partition option within the room for dining/work purposes. view from the balcony was awesome, you can access to lake walking trail from hotel. Room had hot-tubs with TV on the wall (haven't see it else where). They have good kids play area and game room. Hotel provided free bikes to go around the lake. Free shuttle buses to market/pier hourly.

The Richforest Hotel - Sun Moon Lake terletak di tepi Sun Moon Lake yang indah, tasik air tawar terbesar di Taiwan. WiFi percuma dan kolam renang dalaman disediakan. It’s got stains and shows age, but it is a very nicely staffed property. The desk spoke English well. Breakfast is large and tasted good. I was worried about not having an elevator but the stairs really weren’t that bad.
