I loved the breakfast - best one I've had, ever. My first trip to Sweden and it's the best place I ever visited, both the country and the hotel. Rooms are superb as a whole too, just wish the bed was a bit firmer - for my taste. Met some of the coolest guys ever, as well. Graham, Max (was the second I think), and I can't remember the name of the third one for the love of me. I wish I could, but if you are reading this, it was a pleasure to hang out with you, guys. They were on a business trip, from England, but too bad we never exchanged numbers or something. Just know you guys were the highlight of my trip. Also, cheers to Ästa (the girl that was serving us drinks on Sunday) for putting up with our loud and utterly crazy jokes and being a great sport about it, she's great, as is all the other staff too. Everyone is great here. Also, special cheers to the younger, blonde guy, with glasses (I can't remember the name, sorry), at the restaurant/bar area, he was great too and as was the a-bit-older-than-the-rest-of-the-staff at the reception - very friendly. Thanks everyone for making my trip great. Will be coming back for sure.

Situated 3 km from Varberg, this waterfront hotel offers sophisticated accommodation with an on-site luxurious bookable spa. Everything was really exceptional. From the rooms to the restaurant and the overall look of the hotel. The spa is nice and relaxing and the massage therapist are quite qualified and experienced. There is a really nice path along the beach you can walk during the day. To the left you can go up to a lighthouse and further along the beach to eventually reach a bigger beach and different restaurants. And to the right a long path along the beach to reach the docks and town The breakfast served in the mornings is quite enjoyable with nice options to choose from. The restaurant and bar has nice food and different drinks servers through lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay this is the place.The staff are very friendly and kind, very nice to have small talk and overall very helpful if you have questions.

Located 200 metres from Varberg Ferry Terminal and the Kattegat Sea, this hotel offers free WiFi and an evening meal. Varberg Central Station is 4 minutes’ walk away. Great location, wonderful breakfast and food, very attentive staff and the facilities are very comfortable. They really put the guests first, serving fika and everything to keep us very comfortable.

Located directly opposite Halmstad Central Station, this hotel is set in an early 1900s building. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with tea/coffee facilities and LCD TV. The breakfast was the best we had on our family vacation in Europe! The room was very nice and the entire hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and it is a short walk to the city center. The room was ready early which was a bonus for us as we were allowed to check in early right after we arrived via the train.
