The nighly shows at the restaurant area were also good, just be prepared to hear it at night when you sleep but for the most part, the room was pretty well insulated.

Located near a residential area where you can see and experience more local life.

All of the air-conditioned units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen and balcony. An oven is also featured, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. The Place, the Staff and the Villa itself. It was so great. I can say, our stay was exceptional. Everything is perfect.

Sundown Beach Studios is set on the beachfront in Boracay, 70 metres from White Beach Station 3 and 1.9 km from D'Mall Boracay. Each accommodation at the 4-star hotel has sea views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to a private beach area. All rooms include a balcony. Beautiful room in beautiful location. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond every day. The room was wow. Amazing balcony. Very spacious room. Absolutely lovely. The restaurant downstairs is charming. Lovely staff and great menu. The beach is stunning. Away from Stations 1 and 2.overly and quiet but you can walk to the lovely areas if you want. Groceries close by. We moved here from a sub standard hotel and were delighted we did. Definitely recommend.
