We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not! They were incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. One of the highlights of our stay was how well the staff took care of my mum when she needed assistance. They even provided oxygen, which was a lifesaver at Cusco’s altitude. Their dedication and genuine care made all the difference in our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a charming historical ambiance that adds to the magic of Cusco. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for warm hospitality and a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Union Hotel Cusco is situated in Cusco, 200 metres from Central Market and 500 metres from La Merced Church. The location is very good and the nightly entertainment is enjoyable. Our room was on the first floor but was still very quiet. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent. The presence of KIWI is a good attraction. I would like to single out one staff member who was especially attentive, helpful and a pleasure to meet each day. I took her card so that I could praise her but then lost it in my packing but I think her name is CELESTINA.

Situated in a 16th century building in Cusco, Novotel Cusco offers modern rooms with heating and cable TV. It is only 3 blocks from Plaza De Armas and the cathedral. A great hotel in a great location, 3 min walk to the main plaza. Had a great room, spacious, very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, eating outside in the yard was very nice. Staff was very polite. No doubt it was hy far better than a nearby hotel where I stayed 5 years ago (I won't mention its name), in which I paid much more and had a dark room deep underground.

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.
