The parking was reserved and arranged ahead of time (paid) and we had no problems with it! Though it is not in the same building so beware of that. The location was excellent! Not only it was super easy to drive from the ferry and also to leave from hotel traveling north but it is also in the bustling city part with plenty of shops and restaurants! The cable car is next door! Botanical garden is within walking distance as well.

Surrounded by historic buildings dotted amongst the vineyards, The Martinborough Hotel is a 1-minute walk from the Martinborough Wine Centre. Cape Palliser is a 55-minute drive away. Everything was neat, beautiful and comfortable. Staff were super nice. Food was delicious.

Shower was great, good water pressure and the showerhead was at a good height (at most of my stays elsewhere they are always too low, made for midgets).

Wallaceville Train Station is just 650 metres away. Fairly basic but very very clean and well kept. Beds are usually my main thing and they were super comfy.
