The staff is super friendly and they’re very helpful with local recommendations and tour bookings.

Huge, super comfortable beds, outdoor shower (with infrared light to not attract mosquitoes) but indoor toilet, the most comfortable hammock i've experienced, and a 'private' garden. Amazing calm music at reception and the restaurant. Loved staying here. All the staff were very friendly. Top ups of flavoured water (cucumber/orange infused). And within a 2-3 mins walk you have an almost private entrance to the incredible lake, where you can rent SUPs or canoes. Will definitely return.

We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Certain units at the property include a balcony with pool view. We had an amazing stay at Cas'arte! I would have rated it 20/10 if I could. Our room was very spacious and clean, and the interior of the whole place is just exceptional. Fabri is a delightful host, who became a friend by the end of our short stay. Not only did he make sure that all our needs were met at all times, but he went out of his way to help us organize our stay, get to know Playa del Carmen and get around. He even helped our friends who stayed at another hotel get a transfer to the airport. We had the best time and were only disappointed that we had to leave so soon. We would most definitely recommend Cas'arte to anyone staying in Playa del Carmen and we'll certainly be coming back!
