The food at the snack bar was amazing, Alberto cooks with his heart, love the ceviche and the fish tacos. I tried room service for breakfast, and the service was excellent thanks to Rubi to bring us our food was delicious and always warm. Special thanks to all the reception people (and especially this very helpful guy with his good English and smile that I don’t remember his name), to Alex the bellboy, to Ernesto in the bar, to the sweet lady that was cleaning our room and the lovely señores y señor in the breakfast area. The location is also great. I think I liked this hotel even more than Guadalajara itself 😅
