The location of the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There was lot of variety of food and was very tasty. Staff was helpful and professional. Really enjoyed our stay

We chose this resort to spend the last two days of our holiday to just relax and enjoy. And we were not disappointed. The place is brand new; they opened just two months ago. There weren’t a lot of guest yet so we basically had the place to ourselves. The restaurant is very good, and the service is excellent. Having half board meant breakfast and dinner were included, but we also chose to have lunch there every day. The pool is very nice and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. Pigeon Island is right in front of you when you reach the beach. Snorkelling and diving opportunities are easy to find and book. All in all a perfect end to our holiday!

The property was clean and comfortable. We all loved the pool which was directly outside our room which was very convenient. But more than anything, the staff there were exceptionally friendly. We had breakfast there and we felt like it was a family treating us for a meal. They went out of their way to give us whatever we asked for. We were hoping to come back and stay at the same place but our trip got cut short. I will definitely come back to this same place anytime we visit Trinco.

Situated on the Northeast coast of Sri Lanka, Oceanfront Condominiums Nilaveli is the very first luxury beachfront serviced apartment development consisting of two-bedroom and three-bedroom... Superb. After a disappointing stay in Arugum Bay we thought this may be the same fake pictures, but it was under marketed! The apartment was modern, clean and very comfortable. Pool great. Staff helpful and great location on the beach. Great value too.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel (5 nights), especially thanks to the amazingly friendly and caring staff and manager of the hotel! They are trying so much to feel their guests comfortable! Daily we used the large hotel pool and the lonely and clean beach (when the sea was calmer). One evening they prepared only for us luxury dinner as a gift for us, it was delicius! The hotel restaurant is perfect, we have eat there everyday. Almost everyday we made short trips to Trincomalee center and for sightseeing around via tuk tuk. The staff takes care for the hotel carefully - daily they clean the nice green garden, pool and also the beach. The hotel is not new, but it would helps to improve the impression with so much little - just like do new paint in the rooms or repair the tile in the pool for safety.
