The homestay owner was extremely kind, very welcoming to me, explaining the key landmarks in Kandy and giving me tips on my trip planning to other parts of Sri Lanka. I experienced warm Sri Lankan hospitality here and this left a huge impression on me. It is located slightly further away from the City, but is only a short 3km/8 mins drive away and there is parking on site The room is also spacious and has nice views of sunset!

Waking up to such beauty every day was a blessing I didn’t know I needed. The outdoor shower was a highlight, offering a unique and invigorating experience. Showering while gazing at the mountains was an absolute delight and something I looked forward to each day. It’s these thoughtful touches that truly make a stay unforgettable. The villa’s cleanliness was impeccable, and the hosts’ suggestions for activities helped me explore Kandy in ways I hadn’t imagined. The value for the quality of service and experience provided is exceptional, making every penny spent well worth it. While the evening dining options nearby were somewhat limited, it was a small trade-off for the peace and beauty the location offered. This minor aspect could not tarnish the overall brilliance of my stay. To anyone looking for a serene getaway with outstanding hospitality and natural beauty, this villa in Kandy is a perfect choice. It’s more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers peace, beauty, and warmth. I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

I liked all! Magical property, I did not want to leave. I stayed more, than was planned. This is the villa totally local style, everything in villa is customised. Small design detailes even. Old atlas of Sri Lanka, books about Budda. I came at 4 am, 2 persons were waiting for me, serving tea! In holy hight! Rooms are magical, nothing is from wholesale market. Cleaning is every 10 minutes. Pool is clean, mango trees on the territory. Chef is perfect, cooking meal speacially for you! Prices are low !!! Even on gas station food can be more expensive. Customised soap with fragrance of spices!!! Shaving kits, tooth brushes, all provided. PIANO MUSIC playing in the villa. I can not recomend this place more!!!!! Opposite villa there is big hotel, but its not even in comparison with villa Clove - in Clove you are happy to come back !!!! Thank you, dear people of Villa clove!

The staff members were so friendly. We ordered the lunch at the resort and they arranged the food at the table on the deck. it was fabulous. The person named Manjula, if i remember. He was quite enthusiastic and he took us around the resort until the lunch was getting ready. He explained about all the places. We felt very homely around him. The lunch was served so well. They provided us some veggies to taste which is the traditionnel foods of their region. The food was amazing. Hands off to the chef, we had an awesome culinary experience. The place was very safe and they carried all our luggages to the tuk tuk. And all the staffs were there to help us out until we checked out.

After having left noisy Kandy and traffic behind, this place was a haven of peace. The lack of noise was what hit me first. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The views were stunning. Hanthana mountain is in front at the other side of a deep valley and the Knuckles Range to the right. Crickets were chirping when I went to sleep, and I woke up to a chorus of birds. All in all, I came back in a better mindset that I went in with.

The owners are not only very kind people but also gave us a lot of recommendations and helped us with every question we had. The Villa is very clean, comfortable and furnished with great taste! We are very looking forward to visit their second place at the east coast! I can only recommend this place!

The staff was very helpful and the cook prepared the best breakfast only for us . Transport is available

Mount Havana mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Kandy. Menawarkan bilik keluarga, tempat penginapan ini juga menyediakan tetamu dengan kolam renang luaran. what an amazing property. we were thoroughly looked after and nothing was too much trouble. the food was exceptional. we wanted traditional Sri Lankan curries and that’s what was prepared for us with spices and fresh herbs and vegetables from the garden. the rooms were huge. the gardens and views were stunningly beautiful and so quiet except for the sounds of the birds and monkeys. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💕

Located just 2.5 km from the holy Sri Dalada Maligawa, Sky Pavilion offers contemporary accommodation overlooking Mahaweli River, the mountains and lush greenery. Everything! 😍 It was a nice surprise The hotel is in the high part of Kandy ( facing knuckles mountain and a golden Buddha), the view is spectacular. The Sky Pavilion is a jewel, decorated with taste, it’s quiet , clean and rooms are beautiful all with the stunning view on the mountains and you can also relax by the pool The manager takes a good care of his guests and the staff is really helpful and nice . They will help you with everything, visits, food and drinks , transportation , money change etc… In addition, the cooking is really good , the breakfast is top ! And finally , their Tuk Tuk driver is a gem, he will take you to the best places in the city . I will come back there .
