Set in a former post office from the 16th century, the 4-star Relais Osteria Dell'Orcia is located in the UNESCO-protected Val d'Orcia Nature Reserve, along the historic Via Francigena road. Best service so far for the hotels where we stayed in Europe! Simply excellent. Many thanks again to very kind and attentive team.

The Corsignano is in Pienza and offers breathtaking views of the Orcia Valley. This family-run hotel offers a terrace with hot tub, and a typical Tuscan restaurant. A comfortable, small hotel. Very cozy and clean room. A typical Italian hotel breakfast. There are parking spaces, but you can also miss them. We went to another city by car, when we came back the parking lot was full, but the quick staff created a parking space for us.

This was our second time to stay at this property because we enjoyed our first stay in 2021 so much! Andrea is a fantastic host -- very responsive and kind, and the house is a dream! It is simple, but has all of the necessary comforts and the location can't be beat. We love the 45mn walk to Bagno Vignoni through the olive groves and grapevines and it's an excellent base for exploring the entire Val d'Orcia region. We've made many wonderful memories in this place and we look forward to returning again in the future to make even more!
