Luca welcomed us warmly, gave us amazing hospitality and very good recommendations of places to see in the area. He was very kind and helpful, he made our stay even nicer. The breakfast was great, lots of options and food was fresh and tasty.

I love this hotel. We stayed here for my birthday and honeymoon and is the best hotel I have every stayed in, anywhere else in the world it would be a 5star+ hotel. The staff can not do enough for you, I have never experienced customer service like it, anything you want to do while staying with them they will organise restaurant, taxi, activities etc. You dont have to lift a finger. The food was amazing all day from breakfast to evening meal. We cancelled a restaurant reservation because we just wanted to eat at the hotel again food was that good. We took advantage of the activities they offer doing the cooking class with Mario and hiring the ebikes exploring the national park the hotel is located in. I would thoroughly reccomend both, we enjoyed them so much. I couldn't reccomend this hotel enough from all the personal little touches they did to make my birthday and honeymoon truly unforgettable.
