The hotel is very well located in relation to the city center, so you don’t need to use public transport at all. Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is absolutely superb; you have beautiful hill views from the rooms and terraces. A free shuttle is available to take you to Florence city center. The breakfast is very diverse and tasty. But we also had dinner in the restaurant, and the food was truly delicious. And on top of that, the staff is awesome, super helpful, and very attentive to keeping the place impeccable. It is one of the places I would come back to with so much joy.
