The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a big cozy bed, blackout curtains, and quiet air-conditioning that made sleeping easy. The bathroom had great water pressure and steady hot water, plus quality toiletries. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained—perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The location is amazing with a perfect view. The apartment is stylishly decorated, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. Had a good night sleep on the comfortable bed and the double-glazed window kept the noise away.

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop.

I love everything about the hotel! The room was really spacious and so was the bathroom! The breakfast spread was superb and had a lot of varieties. The location was accessible by car, train and very near to Bundaran HI as well. Got a lot of great restaurants, cafes and amenities nearby. Will surely comeback to this Novotel Jakarta Cikini when I'm in town. Not to forget, the hospitality provided by the staffs were also top notch, they never failed to entertain your queries with a smile. It was a really great experience for me and my family at Novotel Jakarta Cikini.
