Located in the centre of Edinburgh, just a few minutes’ walk from the Royal Mile and 650 yards of The Real Mary King's Close, Market Street forms part of Edinburgh’s historic skyline. The hotel features a rooftop lounge and each room boasts free high-speed WiFi. I absolutely loved the layout of the double cozy room. so fancy and so intimate. I loved our stay in your hotel the plus point was the proximity to the station and to the bustling parts of old town. I would highly recommend a stay here for an authentic Scottish experience.

Found in an Edwardian building formerly home to the Anchor Line Shipping Company’s headquarters, this city centre aparthotel is inspired by a 1920s ocean liner. With original 1906 features, there are glazed tiles, terrazzo flooring, timber wall-panelling, fireplaces and even the original safes. The hotel itself is stunning, a white building that seems to glow amongst its sandstone neighbours. The staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful. I stayed in a deluxe one bedroom apartment which was spacious, beautiful, comfortable and quiet. Excellent amenities in the room including a washer/dryer for clothes, dishwasher, full kitchen, separate dining room and fantastic water pressure in the shower. I had a beautiful view as well, and the location was superb- walkable absolutely everywhere- 6 minutes to Glasgow Central train station, Queen Street Station is about 2 min around the corner and it's a 10 min walk to Buchannan Bus Station which is where most tours into the lochs and highlands depart from. Unbelievably convenient for dining as well, with the Anchor Line, the Atlantic, the Citizen and Wetherspoons on either side of the hotel and Gregg's- a Scottish institution- directly across the street for sausage rolls. Would absolutely stay here again, it was easily one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Situated in Penicuik, The Craigie Hotel has a restaurant, bar, garden, and free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. Our stay at this hotel in Edinburgh was truly incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything felt refined and welcoming. It had that perfect luxury feel—elegant but comfortable, stylish without trying too hard. The space itself was huge. There were way more beds than we needed, which somehow made it even better. It felt generous, like every detail was designed to give guests more than they expect. Whether you’re traveling with a group or just want extra room to relax, it’s exactly what you’d hope for. The breakfast? Absolutely phenomenal. Fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of variety—easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve ever had. It was the kind of meal you look forward to every morning. Everything we needed was included, and the staff made the whole experience feel effortless. The location was also spot-on—central, convenient, and surrounded by the character and charm of Edinburgh. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was an experience we’ll remember. I’d go back in a second.
