This highly commended hotel in Amlwch, Anglesey has a restaurant with a fine reputation for serving only the freshest of ingredients. We stayed in one of the gatehouse rooms, a little away from the main hotel. It was absolutely charming, with a sitting room and private parking. Excellent bed and excellent shower, with good pillows (which make an amazing difference between an OK hotel stay and a great hotel stay). Dinner and breakfast at the hotel we’re both very very good, with excellent options for breakfast. The restaurant has beautiful views. Staff was incredibly attentive and very nice. Overall, the hotel was quiet, very clean and very comfortable. definitely would recommend to stay here.

Amazing view from lounge window. All facilities were spot on. Beds were lovely and comfy. Patio door was great for letting our elderly dog out into front garden. Highly recommend for all age groups.

Really liked having 2 bathrooms, and the lounge was super chilled for a proper evenings relaxation. Oh, and the local pub was within walking distance and well worth a visit for exceptional food.
