Located 1 km from the beach, Casa de las Flores tropical Tropical Lodge features an outdoor swimming pool and a garden in San Andres. Gustavo Rojas Pinilla airport is 15 km away. We arrived at Casa de las Flores last minute, because we missed our plane for Providencia. Casa de las Flores was a good choice on San Andres island. It is a bit further away from the city center, but you can easily get there (20 min drive). It is nice & calm and we had our "private" beach in front of the house! Nice swimming pool. We paid extra to have a double room with sea view; but this was worth it. The owner speaks French and gave us lots of tips to visit the island.

There’s a nice pool, the bar and restaurant are great. The breakfast is excellent. There are local foods and vegetarian options. Everyday there’s something new and different. The room is big and accommodated very well four of us. But the staff is the best part. Everyone is so nice and provided all the help we needed. Some people speak English, but even who didn’t speak English or Portuguese made their best to understand and help us. They were very warm and made us feel welcome in the hotel and in the island. Shout out to Betani and Ricardo who made our trip one hundred times better. Betani helped us even before we landed, she made sure I had all the info I needed, even helped with restaurants, tours, money exchange and airport transfer. Ricardo who works at the restaurant is a very nice person, he’s very courteous, treated us so well.

The hotel is brand new, in an amazing location close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and there was was hot water available all the time Upon check out we could store our luggage in the reception and enjoy the beach. There is a common shower on the ground floor and the receptionist offered us clean towels so we didn’t have to fly covered in sand.

The staff were attentive and pleasant, and very effective. They would do their best to fulfill requests. It was a pleasure engaging with them. Our room was spacious, clean and airy, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything was clean, and in good working order. The plumbing was excellent. The hotel was less that 100m from the beach. There were several restaurants nearby and with a good selection of food and prices. Rooms had their own small fridge.

Mr. Fernando is an amazing cook and you will not forget his culinary skills at breakfast. There are two dogs and a beautiful cat that entertain you all the time. Patricia is always helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Featuring an outdoor pool and a tranquil atmosphere, this San Andres, boutique hotel provides free WiFi in all rooms. The beach area on Cocoplum Bay is 15 minutes’ drive area. Staying at Casa Las Palmas Hotel Boutique was an excellent decision. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained—definitely a 10/10. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure you’re comfortable and treating you with kindness. The pool is spectacular—perfect for a swim after a day at the beach. We stayed in a room on the second floor of the main house. It was lovely, very clean, and had a great view of the trees and pool through the window. A very cozy and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, especially with Chef Leo—every dish was a delight. We loved the paella, pasta, and soups, all made with local ingredients. We definitely want to return to San Andrés, and especially to Casa Las Palmas Hotel Boutique. Highly recommended!
