The room we stayed in, which I believe is the finest, featured floor-to-ceiling windows providing breathtaking views of the lake and Osorno. Impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, with a generously sized and comfortable bed, our room surpassed high standards, including the well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, particularly the scrambled eggs, which were the best we've ever had. The staff was extremely friendly and remarkably helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, great location near the center of Puerto Varas, excellent view, specially in higher floors. But it also has a very nice terrace view place on the 8th floor with an incredible view of the whole city. Nice morning lake views.
