The staff was very polite, with very good English, helped me with parking instructions and card validation.

The City-Hotel Ochsen is situated in the middle of the beautiful historic centre, 200 metres from the Zug Postplatz Train Station and from Lake Zug. Visited this hotel multiple times, it is a great hotel, lovely location, personnel is professional but a bit distant/cold. The rooms are stylish and clean. Breakfast is good with healthy options.

A fitness centre and free parking are available as well. Superb staff, fantastic room - super spacious and awesome breakfast. We appreciated the fan in the room and practical tips that worked to keep the room cool during Europe's big heatwave. The Hotel is seconds from the train station, an amazingly practical lower cost alternative to staying in Luzern city center.

The Parkhotel features a 24-hour front desk and an underground car park. The medieval city centre and Lake Zug can be reached in a short walk, and Zurich is 27 km away. It is clean, they have restaurant, rooms are very comfortable. There is always a person in the front desk and they are very friendly. Food is fresh. We had a room with a terraza looking at the park.

The City Garden Hotel is situated next to a green park, within walking distance from the commercial districts and only 3 minutes from the city centre of Zug.

The SeminarHotel am Ägerisee enjoys a picturesque location on the shores of Lake Ägeri, 8 km from Zug. The free spa area includes a sauna, steam bath, and fitness area. The Seefeld restaurant features a summer terrace and serves Swiss and international cuisine. Almost everything about our stay was amazing. Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very fresh food (breakfast was really good). The surrounding area was none other than breathtaking. Our room was always warm and had a fantastic view of the lake. I would definitely consider staying here again
