She is an incredible host, so warm and friendly but also totally focused on giving the best possible experience. I arrived much earlier than planned and because my room had already been cleaned was allowed access. Vali was also super helpful answering any questions I had a about Schruns; where to go and how best to enjoy my visit. The hotel is SO convenient for the train station and town centre but also feels like a haven of peace and tranquility; with a lovely feel to it. It REALLY did feel like home from home for a night. Its is super clean and the rooms are well stocked with small touches that make you feel welcome and cared for. Such a positive and uplifting experience and I will definitely be back!!

The personnel was accessible, attentive and helpful at any time. For example, I had a small incident where I hit and bruised my leg while exercising. I approached a lady in the reception, who immediately helped me by providing me a bag of ice.

The indoor swimming pool was our daughter’s favorite. The hosts were always available and very helpful in providing recommendations. There was every day complimentary, freshly baked home-made cake.

The hotel is full of history and charm. Amily and her Frenchie greeted us with the utmost warmth and hospitality. We are considering returning in the winter to ski and stay here for a longer visit.
