Staff is very pleasant and helpful, everything in hotel is modern, common area doors are automatic touch-free, rooms are spacious with a large entry area which is especially convenient if you came skiing. The staff was excellent, and the lobby area was beautiful. Room was wonderful and comfortable. Breakfast was so amazing that I now order the tea that you served at breakfast because it was so wonderful. The bar tenders were amazing, and the breakfast staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Extremely helpful staff, very nice private beach, very good breakfast, very beautiful well-equipped suits with kitchen, we could cook for our 2-year old daughter. The parking space in underground garage was also very comfortable and free of charge! We will definitely come back next year for a longer period of time.

We liked everything about this property! The styling & furnishing of the whole complex has been done very tastefully. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The view across the lake & mountains is stunning. The food in the restaurant is creative & beautifully presented. The staff were very helpful (the diner menu was only in German, so the waiter went through the whole menu, giving us the English translation. We were able to charge our EV overnight. The spa facility looked great, but we were only there overnight & didn’t have time to enjoy it.

The bathroom was spotless, The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the free private parking was a great advantage. Another aspect worth highlighting is the friendliness of the host, who was always available to assist us and ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Their helpfulness and attention really made a difference.
