the pictures on the website don't do justice at all: the hotel is MUCH better in reality than it looks like in the pictures (it was a great surprise for us) ; the style and interior decoration are amazing ; the garden and terrasse are beautiful ; definitely a place to stay for hikes in the warmer seasons ; the buffet breakfast was great ; the buffet dinner was also great (good quality and range) ; the restaurant was beautiful ; the hotel was very clean, extremely well maintained and stunning in its architecture (a classic gem) ; the staff was helpful and respectful ; the location was excellent (e.g.: close to cablecars, hiking tracks, ski slopes, town) ; the parking was big and easy to move into ; the spa & wellness facilities were excellent and clean ; the bar was cool and barmen very friendly and at your attention ; live music is played on some days and over the weekend (pianist) ; the gopass included is a real bounty for the activities around ; there is a playroom for children and a big conference room ; the room and bed were comfortable ; the bathroom was clean ; we had a very good view from our room (classic room with view) ; we could even witness a sky-tearing storm ; the hotel is so good you could spend the whole there without feeling you're missing out ; I could go on and on but a definite gem in the Tatras ; one of the best hotels I've stayed in and would definitely recommend to anyone going in the Tatras ; very good value for money ; internet was good too and possible to work from the room desk

    Great location next to the Strebské pleso lake with mountain views. The hotel is modern, stylish, functional, with a variety of entertainment and services. The staff is friendly, professional. The breakfast is good, the room is spacious, equipped with everything you need. Great spa area, one of the best I've been to (included in the price). Free parking for hotel guests is a nice bonus. Thanks everyone for a great vacation!
