In its authenticity - staff are Mexican and local - so patience is needed and wholly appreciated by the staff. Food is great - All Inclusive is recommended! English speaking ,Julian, is the General Manager and Socrates is Front of House/Reception Manager - call on these for any needs. A lovely family/friends focused hotel - servicing hundreds and hundreds of happy guests!

Amazing view from the rooms, right in front of the sea, 5 min walk to the beach, a little noisy from cars but with air-conditioning noice was minimised easily. Safe area, mainly locals, , almost empty beach , if you need to cook, it has everything just bring a small pot for cooking, that works on electric stove, (steel) if you need to cook. Has refrigerator, microwave, little stove(electric), beautiful space, next to xoxo and chedrauli. Easy evening
