It was very unique experience. This very charming traditional Japanese ryokan is within short distance from the train (or bus) station. Everything was clean and well organised there. We spent really very relaxing enjoyable moments there. It feels all very authentic (including delicious Japanese dining) and the stuff is also very friendly and welcoming. 100% worth it!

Everything!! The room was stunning with its private onsen where we could customize the water temperature while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views. The staff were all very polite and professional. From promptly answering my numerous queries prior to my arrival to going out of their way to provide the best service during our stay, my family and I felt very welcomed. The hotel’s location is just beside Ryuoo Ski Park. They cater shuttle buses to and fro Iiyama as well, which we utilised. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel was amazing! The location was great, a little walk away from the town center, but beautifully maintained. I travelled with my family and we got the four person bedroom, it was super spacious and very comfortable! Breakfast and dinner were so luxurious and delicious and the wait staff were especially kind. Special thanks to Eto San for making our stay extra special by putting in the effort to learn Indonesian words and greeting us so cheerfully every day! The baths were also very nice—would recommend the outside baths in the women onsen especially when it snows cos it feels extra amazing! Overall, I loved staying here and I would 100% recommend it and return one day!
