I booked a smoking-room by mistake and realized it just before arrival. The front staff kindly searched for a non-smoking room and changed my room. Other than this, the hotel was sufficiently clean and equipped with amenities.

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. The facilities for kids is amazing. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Cannot rate this hotel high enough. Will definitely be coming back when we come back to legoland next year.

Great location. Close to Nagoya Station and also close to the business and shopping district of Sakae. It is very walkable from the hotel. The staff was also very helpful and ordered us an airport taxi to Chubu Centrair Airport because they saw we had a lot of luggage. They also had no problem speaking English. The rooms itself were very nice too. Spacious and clean with a lot of ameneties that can be picked up in front of the elevator. They also have a cheap laundry service that wash your clothes everyday, if requested. All in all, we had an amazing experience at Hotel Keihan Nagoya. Would 10/10 go there again!

The location was definitely the best. The hotel itself is connected to shopping malls and train stations.. so much to do/see/buy not even traveling outside the area. There are a lot of restaurants (I mean A LOT) open until 11PM. The hotel provided daily new amenities.. check-in and check-out was seamless.
