As asked, they put a baby crib in the room before our arrival. The breakfast buffet is really good. The convinient store in the building is really usefull. There is a free shuttle to go in Narita downtown if you have extra time.

very nice and clean place. staffs are very kindly. You can take the shuttle bus from hotel to the airport t2. Also you can take another bus to Narita city. Staffs are very glad to help you to call a taxi to the place you want .the breakfast is richness. Actully there are many tourist group live in the hotel that are little noisy, but they will be have breakfast sepetratly on the 1st floor, and we are on the top floor which have a good view.

The hotel is near to the airport and provided free shuttle bus services to and from the airport to the hotel which makes it convenient for guests. The room itself is clean and spacious and has all the right facilities for a comfortable stay. The view of the room was towards the forest and looked serene and peaceful. The staffs in the hotel were well prepared and could speak in english to communicate with me which I greatly appreciated.

I used the hotel as a layover before heading to Tokyo. The room was spacious compared to hotels in Tokyo and at a good price. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport and to Narita station and the nearby Aeon mall as well which was a plus.

Very convenient location if you need to be close to Narita airport. Fast check-in and out, friendly staff, and the shuttle bus is extremely helpful. Fast Wifi, suitable varieties of food for dinner and breakfast.

Fantastic facility, amazing traditional Japanese spa (onsen) included, great restaurant, great room, very clean and comfortable, could control own room temperature, didn't have time to use pool, sauna, tennis courts, sports bar. This place is great. Also out in nice quiet rural area with convenient shuttles to airport and Tokyo station.
