We were really satisfied with our stay at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, clean and worth the money. The staff are very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport and to Aeon Narita supermarket. There are full facilities such as restaurants and duty-free supermarkets right in the hotel lobby.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Amazing price, beautiful, elegant decor, an extensive buffet that was fresh and delicious, a view of a forest from my room, a spacious room, free shuttle to and from the airport, friendly staff, a cozy kimono style robe, a comfortable bed, nice shampoo and conditioner, a 7/11 inside the building, fresh cold water to fill my bottle anytime, and great seating areas to relax. 10/10!
