The hotel is absolutely the best choice in Positano! Built in 1955, it retains the classic feel while being in perfect condition. The ocean view room is the best in the area , a view of the cliffs and ocean is stunning day and night. The staff are some of the nicest and most professional people you'll see in the hospitality sector. I can't thank them enough. The rooms are large and beautiful. The restaurant and poolside lounge is one of the best views in the area ....I would recommend it for people not staying in the hotel as well. Food and service was absolutely amazing! If you plan to visit the area, then Positano is the best spot and Poseidon is definitely the best hotel. I'm booking the same hotel and room in my next visit without even thinking.

Waking up to the stunning sight of Positano and the Mediterranean every morning was pure bliss. It’s like living in a postcard! **Staff:** The staff here deserves a special shoutout. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and genuinely made us feel welcome. From the moment we booked, the communication was top-notch, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. **Orama Restaurant ** The food was simply delicious. Every meal we had was a highlight, with fresh, flavorful dishes that made us fall in love with Italian cuisine. Well where do I start.... Upon request for my wife's birthday we were relocated to La Caravella, absolutely beach front in Positano. We walked into a 1 bedroom apartment with a bottle of bubbles on ice waiting. Beach access directly across from our own cabanas, and a short walk to nearby beach less populated. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly and looked after our every need. We had dinner reservations made, drivers booked, it was everything we dreamed of. Thank you for such an amazing stay and my wife truly loved every minute for her birthday...

    If this is 4-star, what is 5 like?! This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, the view is unbelievable, and the staff are super friendly. All linen smells beautiful, the food was high quality, the balconies are huge and the walk (up/down stairs) is in the middle of the water and the Christopher Columbus street. I will absolutely be back.
