Room was beautifully furnished - the owners clearly have a thing with antique furniture - and spacious, with a desk. Cosy ambience. Breakfast was cooked fresh for you each morning by a very kind cook. Different breakfast each day. Staff was so kind to drive me to the airport at 4:45 AM, without charge. A tuktuk to the city center is around 200 rupees and doesn't take too long.

Checked in at 4am after 15 hours of travel- the comfy room was exactly what I needed to feel well rested the next day. The bed was probably the largest Ive ever seen. Very comfy. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, hotel also allowed me to check out late which was appreciated.

We stayed in Emily’s by JDaniels on December 14th and 16th nights. Their hospitality and customer service is a top notch. My mother has knee issues so the room they offered was senior citizen friendly and my parents were very comfortable in moving around. They even accommodated and offered us early breakfast as my father needs food immediately after his insulin shot. They take customer’s feedback seriously and try everything to make the customer happy. The best part is that they have a separate vegetarian dining area. Being a vegetarian family, this made my senior folks very happy. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Location is close to many attractions within Trivandrum. Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel and definitely recommend it. Thank you, Emilys by JDaniels for making our stay memorable.

I was staying at KKM in part for a conference. The staff were really helpful during my whole stay but were outstanding during the conference. The food, buffet style, was great and when I asked for less spicy dishes or extra yoghurt for example, they were more than helpful.

The Terrace by Ladder was such an amazing destination, perfect location, very easily accessible. Wonderful staff who took very good care of us the whole time we were there. The restaurant has amazing food where you get to choose the Indian or Continental style of food. Amenities are top notch, super clean, they provide everything you need, even an iron box guys, I was so elated! Made our trip very worthwhile, would definitely be back there some other time.
