Newly renovated hotel with exceptional and comfort rooms, excellent equipment and comfortable beds. Delicious and specious breakfast. Free car parking is very useful. The staff is more than perfect, very kind and professional, from the worm welcome on the reception, pleasant at restaurant, attentive in the kitchen and caring in cleaning service. The view was awesome it's like being on a boat, all you see is the sea. The apartment is new and well equipped, our kids loved it. Great terrace for breakfasts and sunsets. This is as close to the sea as it gets and at the same time in the very center of Umag old town and next to a beach that is 50 meters away. Our friendly host gave us great restaurant tips and the location really couldn't be better.

The location is on the outskirts of Umag, in a green,quiet area. The house is easy to find, with google map but also because there is street signage up about 500 meters before. The unit was upstairs, generous in size and comfortable with the patio. The hoasts are easy going, check no issues, keys accessible.
