Staying at this hotel has been an incredible experience! From the impeccable housekeeping to the delicious inclusive breakfast and thoughtful extras like prosecco for our anniversary, wine in the room, and a special gift at checkout, everything was perfectly organized. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and the rooms were always spotlessly cleaned with great attention to detail. What truly sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special thanks to Marili, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to arrange tours, secure discounts, and offer recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. My stay was exceptional !!! The staff and the general manager are so kind and ready to help you with anything just to make your stay great. They make me feel at home. Food is great!! You have to try their burger and the drinks. Friday evening was greek night and everyoane from the greek staff and the general manager and his wife were dancing!! Room was good size with air condition and a Jacuzzi on my terace!! I was thrilled!!!! The bed was okay, nontlheless I slept good but I think they need to improve a bit that. I love the stay because has a good pozitive energy where you can relax and recover. I will definitely go back. I would like with this ocasion to thank to all the staff that made my stay so agrreble considering the fact I was a solo traveler. Paracalo!

I chose this hotel based on recommendations in a Zakynthos Travel FB group. But reality was much above the reviews ! This hotel is really a secret diamond in Zakynthos! A quiet place for relax with full of friendship. The hotel is in Kalamaki, just right next to the nicest beach in Zakynthos (nesting beach, if you're lucky, you can see baby turtles), and 10 minutes on foot to the local shops and restaurants. There is 1 more little shop in the street (open between 10-17), where you can buy necessary things. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet, great for relax. Airport is 5 minutes by car, so you can see airplanes landing and taking off - for me it was great experience because I love them. Airplanes noise did not bother at all, because in the night there is no airplane traffic. Our room was big, comfortable and spotless clean (a nice lady refreshed it every day), with very good aircon and wifi, and with a big terrace. The hotel has 3 pools (one for only adults!), with lots of sunbeds. We paid HB and enjoyed 5* breakfast and dinner every day. Dinner is different every night (includes specialities e.g. Mediterrean, Asian, Italian, Greek), and it was so delicious that we gained extra kilos during this week. We also tried the pool bar for lunch, the food was really fine for reasonable price. And at the end the most important thing : this hotel is so great because great people works there. I could rarely meet so nice and helpful staff, who did their best to make the guests' holiday beautiful. I would like to thank them for all their efforts! Our holiday could not have been better. I hope I can come back one day. Just following the hotel's slogan : I arrived as guest, left as friend and come back as family member.

Such an amazing hotel! We’ve received an upgrade as it was considered low-season according to the staff. The room is super clean with a ton of amenities available. The included breakfast was great too! (Get the eggs benedict with salmon!) The staff is amazing as they are friendly and really know how to provide service. Overall a 10/10 stay!

We liked everything about this accommodation: the location close to the sea, the spacious and clean rooms, the breakfast and last but not least the kindness of the staff. The suite has a small kitchenette equipped with the minimum necessary: plates, glasses, cutlery, fridge, even a kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels changed every day. Towels for the sunbeds are also available, but they can be changed for a small fee if wanted. If we will return to Zakynthos, we will definitely choose Andreolas again.

Everything was beyond our expectations. We had an incredible time and we truly want to come back! The staff was incredibly kind(Special mention for Dimitrish and Zanet), the hotel was extremely clean, the food was very good and various, the location is super convenient, there are a lot of things to do around...
