Great location to everything on Oxford street. Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

Staff was the best but under construction and the gym not working. The staff made me feel welcome and safe, they provided very good recommendations to move around. Exceptional service, attention to detail and care. A special thanks to Helina and Ferdous who responded attentively and professionally to queries, a request to change our room, and a request for a tour guide.
