My stay at the Sofitel London Gatwick was an unforgettable experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the fast and efficient room service. I would like to give special mention to Rizla, Sophia and Lara for their excellent service and always smiling. They made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and high quality services.

A little bit out of the way but will be better next time now that I now where it is. Cheap to get to via public transport with a short walk near the end. Shuttle bus back to the airport worked well.

Perfect location as we arrived at the North Terminal after our flight has been delayed by 2.5hrs. To be able to exit immediately to the hotel, which definitely exceeded our expectations was a huge relief. The rooms were modern & clean & easily accommodated the extra trundle bed we required. The staff were friendly at check in & provided for a 12pm checkout at no extra cost which was very gratefully received. Breakfast was excellent - high quality & an extensive selection of food. We would return without any hesitation
