We immediately felt at home. The staff is great and everyone is very friendly, kind and natural (thank you for everything Nicoletta). This place is the perfect mix of hotel, short-term rental and business apartment. Shoutout to housekeeping - you guys do a great job! We also loved the quiet “small town feel” neighborhood of Chiswick, London.

Fantastic property, very clean… this was home away from home for me and I will be returning and recommending to friends and family that are visiting London. The location is also great, quiet and easy to get around from there. I don’t like to stay in apartments when I travel for security reasons but I felt safe as this would be a first for me and I definitely will be booking this flat again! The host was also very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints…

On the good side: I got upgraded to an apartment. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful shower. Super clean. The kitchen had almost everything you need to cook. Super hospitality and assistance by the caring Alberto. Elevator to the 5th floor. Very close to Earl's Court underground station which has easy access. If you get there early before check in which is at 4:00 p.m. you can sit in the waiting room or leave the luggage there. The place is secured and there is someone at the desk 24/7 which is awesome! Note that there is a 150 year old elevator to the 5th floor, so if you're on the 6th floor you have some stairs to climb, however, you can ask for assistance and they will be glad to assist you with luggage. As it being a very old elevator it is expected not to work smoothly all the time, but because it's the only elevator - they do everything to get it working again as soon as possible.

An absolute gem! The atmosphere is great. Love the design of the hotel. Also a great location. Bus stop in front of the hotel, subway a 8 minute walk. Close to south Kensington street with many shops and restaurants. But above all the staff of the hotel is a 10+!!
