This was a great spot to stay and the price was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean. The grounds are beautiful. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Felt very safe and secure. We left for the airport early and they packed us a nice breakfast to take with us. So sweet! A great spot close to the airport with awesome prices

The hotel is in a great location, close to Quito's airport. The room was very comfortable and wifi worked great. I opted for dinner at the hotel and it was delicious.

Very quiet in the night and a nice breakfast with fruits, eggs and coffee and juice in the morning. The better part: the staff. Luis (our driver/guide/friend) was incredible. He organized our stay, offered transportation services out of the city (we went to Ibarra for a soccer match), and also offered a guide services for getting to know the Historic Centre of Quito. His advices were extremely helpful and we manage to get to the match and return in time and safely. We needed earlier check-in (our flight arrived 3 hours before the official check in time), no problem at all. Breakfast was from 7 to 11... but our plane left at 6:40 am... no problem... 5:15 we were having breakfast. Transportation to and from the airport was also included in the price... excellent value for our money. Definitely a hidden gem.

Peaceful and beautiful property, with lots of character. The loveliest room with the most comfortable bed I have had in 6 weeks of travelling. Luisa the owner is so kind and helpful. Her husband is the chef and the breakfast & dinner were delicious and beautifully presented. A lovely end to my long trip and calm before a late flight.

Stayed here 3 different times over a 2 week.period. Each time our stay was excellent. The staff in both the attached restaurant and on thevhotel reception made us feel very welcome and at home. For our final stay we arrived just as the restaurant was closing but they still managed to prepare something for our party. Thry even managed to prepare a brrakfast to go for one of our party who was leaving very early the following morning Overall an excellant level of service much better than some of the big hotel chains. Would I stay again, without doubt yes.

This was a wonderful experience. My mom and I traveled from Cotacachi for an overnight medical test at Hospital Axxis. The staff was amazing and attentive. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The taxi service back to the hospital in the morning saved us so much stress. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was exquisite. 10/10 would recommend.

What I liked the most was the exceptionally warm and friendly treatment of the hotel staff. The hotel is a very well preserved old mansion, apparently from the 19th century, with a beautiful architecture. The room was very clean, the bed well made and clean. The bathroom was also impeccable, with clean towels and bath gel in the shower as well as in the sink. It should be noted that unlike many other hotel rooms I have visited, in this case, the hot water temperature could be regulated quite well and smoothly, without the problems that often afflict electric water heaters, in which the hot water supply is cut off due to low flow. Breakfast was balanced, attentively served and well presented. Another detail that the visitor should consider is that the hotel is strategically located in the center of Quito, relatively close to the San Francisco metro station, and much closer to the trolleybus station. It is perfectly possible, as I did, to travel from the Quitumbe bus station to the San Francisco metro station.
