The host was very cooperative. She even gave us a bigger and more comfortable apartment and provided us with a parking place, which was very convenient - the parking entrance was right in front of the building.

We loved loved loved the spa - views were incredible from the outdoor part of the spa (jacuzzi, sauna and incredible hot tub) and indoor spa was just a relaxation haven. Rooms were super comfy, breakfast was delicious with helpful nice staff. The helpful man working at the reception let us check in early and leave our luggage beyond check out. I really highly recommend a trip to Leukerbad, so easy in terms of public transport and so many great facilities like restaurants and shops but also incredible breathtaking nature hikes in the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

Although the rooms are small and there is no A/C, the hotel is lovely. It was unusually warm during our stay, but at night the room was nice and cool. Great breakfast, very nice staff and lovely server at the bar.
