All of the staff at the hotel are nice! I wondered why this hotel gets the higher score although the building itself does not look so nice. Now I understand why. The people who work there are very nice and very kind. It reminded me of the hospitality spirit of the Ritz-Carlton hotel Group in its prosperous time. So natural. I believe that the management of this hotel is successful and this hotel has "it". Although the hotel itself is not new and the breakfast is nothing special, I would like to give 10 to this hotel. I enjoyed the pleasant stay. Thank you very much!!

I liked the smile and the kindness of the staff, they were all very helpful eventhough we didn't share any mutual language. When my sink got broken they were very sorry, and immediately they gave me another room.
