The location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet street and Easy walk to the Old Town. Hotel appeared new and room was spacious and clean. Car park easily accessible from the first floor just behind the hotel. Breakfast had a good range of food. The staff at reception were very friendly. Special thanks to Mirsa who helped us resolve the issue with our blocked credit cards. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were first guests at this hotel. Everything was ready on the rank A1* :-) Hotel right in the middle of the city. Friendly and professional staff, room was clean, we have fresh new water and sweet apples every day at our room. Breakfasts were great, every day Mr. or Mrs. receptionist asks us if everything is ok, this is very pleasant from them. In a case of next visit Sarajevo, we have right choice to accomodation.

Everything was super clean and the communication with the owner and personnel was perfect! Check-in, check-out, clean towels, etc. everything was perfect! The price for 4 nights was also perfect. We were able to check in after midnight. The receptionist lady was very friendly and answered all our questions. The design of the room and the quality of the furniture were very good. The room and bathroom are modernly designed. The rooms and corridors are covered with a soft carpet. This is great for walking shoeless in the room. Towels and linens smelled nice. The coffee from the coffee machine in the restaurant was good. I can say that the breakfast is delicious. We checked out 25 minutes late and this was not a problem.
