Flexible late booking as really appreciated. Love that the hotel has retained its old world harm on the outside but the rooms are freshly renovated and modern on the inside. Well done. Will stay there again next time I'm in Longford.

Excellent self service system supported by excellent information and staff when required. Small details like milk in the fridge, welcome package of crackers and cheese and some drinks made us feel really welcome. The house itself and the room we had was also beautiful and homely. We recommend it to everyone and we would come back here would we ever go back to Tasmania.

The Florance exceeded our expectations. The location was very central, parking was included, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious.
