Amazing facilities, we were welcomed by free snacks and drinks, which is also happy hour. Surprisingly, their snacks tasted really good. All the staff were really nice and friendly, making sure we feel comfortable and well. Our family had a great time here, highly recommend for a short gateaway from a busy city as their room has private hot tub, as well as hot springs on the rooftop.

Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and mostly delicious. Staff were friendly and warm. They even serve up free hotel supper at night, which is perfect after a soak in the outdoor onsen!
