Everything was perfect — the atmosphere, the service, and all the little details that made our trip special. Our child was absolutely amazed and had the time of their life.

The design is exceptional and very nice! The size of the room was really impressive. Very clean. Food was tasty (although we managed to get food poisoned). Nicely designed pools and comfortable sun beds. (Just be aware that people are the same everywhere no matter how much money they pay and even if it is not allowed to reserve sun beds, people still do that and don't show for the rest of the day unfortunately). Amazing kids club. Really there is nothing to complain about. But.... We felt that it lacked a bit of a cosy feeling and we did prefer a less luxurious but more homely hotel we did stay in previously. It really depends on your preferences.

We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

Last but not list the quality of the sand on the beach and the lawn ( tipical english). Animation, sows every night, in conclusion an unforgenttable vacation.

Special thanks go to charming and gorgeous Mrs. Yana G., senior hotel's rep, who guided and helped us throughout the entire stay. Mr. Ali, hotel's manager, is a genue professional who can customize your vacation to make it unique. Facilities are meticulously cleaned and spotless, even during off-season period, the food choices were good. Short walk, manageable even for people with disabilities, brings you to a nice beach and Maldive`s style circular peer, offering plenty of sunbathing lounges, and bar with nice sea and sunset views. Both out/indoor pools were crystal clean, you can see birds drinking from it. Over-the-water peer bar is strategically located away from the main building, so it could be very busy and loud 24/7 with parting young couples, while not disturbing people relaxing in the tranquility of main resort outdoor pool. Huge seiection of premium international drinks are part of Ultra All-Inclusive, along with a huge selection of connoisseur's alcohol beverages availabe at very reasonable fare.
