Everything! The resort was stunning, surrounded by lush greenery with breathtaking views. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the stay feel special. Facilities like the pool, restaurants, and overall atmosphere were excellent.

But what truly set this stay apart was the exceptional service provided by two outstanding staff members: Namthip and Focus. Namthip was incredibly warm and attentive from the first interaction. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed, offering thoughtful recommendations that made my stay so much more enjoyable. Her professionalism and kind nature created a personal connection that made me feel genuinely cared for. Focus was equally impressive — always cheerful, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. Whether it was arranging transport, answering questions, or just checking in to see how things were going, Focus was consistently on top of everything with a smile.

I liked everything about this property. Was the best property I stayed in Thailand during my 14 day trip. The room was spacious and it was cleaned every day. The staff was very kind and helpful. The Italian kitchen was more then delicious and we ordered there every day because the food were just like in Italy.I would highly recommend it and if I would come back again in Phuket I will choose always this resort.

Perfect place, we took a room with a pool, the staff is amazing, the location is very quiet, after being in the Patong area it was fun to change atmosphere. Very good breakfast. We had dinner at the hotel and it was excellent.

Probably the best hotel I stayed at, a delightful, customer centric experience from the minute you set foot in the facilities.
