Everything was perfect from the check-in until the check-out. Our room had beautiful see view, everything was so clean and comfortable. The Staff was super nice and helpful in every part of the hotel( reception, housekeeping,restaurants and spa,pools)! This was one of the best hotel experience i’ve ever had. If you would like to visit Pattaya this is the best accomodation for it! Def, want to visit again in the future!

Everything good. The location is great. Only alcohol is not sold in the entire hotel. A cold beer by the pool in that heat would be nice.

The reception staff and the manager and all the desk employees including the concierge are more than 100% of excellence. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and the mini bar is free excluding alcoholic drinks. Fruits, chocolates, soft drinks and Evian water are free. The sea view is very soothing and calming. If you want to relax and have a peace of mind away, and away from the city hustles and noises; then this resort is the heaven that you are looking for. The Indian restaurant is a must to eat in it.

We had a great host. There were 2 things not correct while we were there, and both were solved instantly. Besides that she gave us great tips for things to do nearby. The bed is really soft en there is a great pool area.
