This is an excellent hotel. Rooms are modern, well equipped and have outstanding views. Further, the staff are impeccably trained according to 5 star international standards. I want to mention a few notable people in particular who have contributed to my stay here. First Ashif Shrestha is an exceptional manager, who continually strives to ensure all guests are happy and comfortable. Dikshya is humble and genuine and her customer service skills are truly excellent. Rachana is very professional and is perfectly equipped to handle front desk tasks with ease. I want to especially mention Dipak and Pujata in housekeeping. They are both noteworthy and excellent housekeepers, and they are both truly assets to this hotel. Everyone at the restaurant is wonderful, I’m not sure of everyone’s names, but I do remember Alina in the restaurant is friendly and kind. Although this hotel is in Kathmandu, it is quiet, beautifully located, and peaceful with fresh air, and it makes for a perfect retreat place for people who don’t wish to travel too far out. The green mountain views are stunning from my balcony and the sound of the large water fountain is soothing. As a female solo traveler I am grateful for the respectful and polite staff who make it easy for me to keep to myself and peacefully enjoy my solitary, quiet retreat. Therefore, I have decided to stay longer. Thank you to everyone at this hotel.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Rooms were good, clean and comfy. Free proper coffee available. Excellent service. Excellent breakfast. Good views from the window.

This is a luxury hotel at an affordable price. The decor and fixtures and fittings are stylish and modern. The shower was the best! All staff were all so friendly and helpful. We were looked after so well. Milan at the front desk made sure our holiday went smoothly and was very attentive to all our needs. The breakfast was delicious with excellent coffees. We also ate dinner and lunch here and all the food we ate was delicious and reasonably priced too. We did 3 excellent trips with Raj our very knowledgeable safari guide - a walking safari, a canoe trip and a jeep safari. Due to Raj’s knowledge and patience we got to see a wild rhino up close! All the staff made us feel like family and nothing was too much trouble. We were sad to leave. Milan arranged private transport for us to Bhaktapur and it’s a long drive but the driver was very professional and safe. Highly recommend everything about this hotel! It was even an easy 10 min walk to Main St and the sunset viewing platform in town.

Everything: room was amazing, all staff (reception, restaurant and cafe waiters, dancers, housekeeping, people outside of the door) were exceptional, kind, helpful, perfect. We left at 4:30am, and they provided a great breakfast to go, perfectly packed and freshly made. The room with spa was comfortable, clean and beautiful. Best property and staff ever
