The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, particularly Ms. Joud. She was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally efficient, managing our check-in swiftly even with the hotel being very busy. Her assistance truly set the tone for a wonderful stay, and I’m grateful for the positive start she provided. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will undoubtedly choose this hotel again in the future.

Mr. Moataz at the reception was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, assisting me efficiently with my reservation modification. I will definitely return for another stay.

Located in the commercial district of Shmeisani, Hilton Amman is contemporary designed hotel within a walking distance from shopping centers. The breakfast was very nice, and the room was very good, and the staff was amazing, Special thanks to Muneer and Sara and Ahmad from the front desk as well for the amazing support and great attitude.
