A wonderful hotel, matching the service and room quality of a 5-star establishment. We felt right at home, surrounded by comfort and care. Breakfast was delightful, offering everything we needed, and the service was top-notch.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Good and clean rooms. The location was good and the complementary shuttle service to the center was extremely useful to avoid driving to the centre. Parking is available on the property at 26 euros/day; though a little expensive, it's very convenient. All the staff were good, helpful and very welcoming.

The furniture and the decoration is super elegant, the views breathtaking. The owners are super super nice and welcoming. With only 7 rooms on the property it feels private and exclusive. Some of the main sights (Villa Reale etc.) are nearby, Lucca is easily reachable by car.

Only 10-15 walks to city center, but quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there.
