A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality. Things that surprise me in a very positive way: - the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him). - Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is very clean and feels brand new. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s also very quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. One of the best parts is the location — it’s close to all the main activities in the area, and just a short walk away from a delicious restaurant called Alkukh (The Hut). I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great hospitality.
